Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide priority user support and customer service on organization supported hardware and software platforms
• Connect educational foundation with the real needs and solutions of a small and unique department

Time Commitment: March 2022 through December 2022

Hours: 20 hrs/week minimum during the school year, 40 hrs/week during the summer months

• College student or recent college graduate.
• Ability to lift 35 pounds as needed.
• Relevant coursework must be detailed within resume.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office applications, and PC/Laptop hardware is preferred.
